We’ve definitely seen a lot of beach-ready hairstyles in Parts 1 & 2. We showed how to create beautiful peek-a-boo highlights, lovely ombre, amazing, natural-flowing curls, asymmetrical bobs and pixie cuts, and more. Today, we close with some funky styles to really rock this summer!
1. Reddish Ombre
It’s classy, it’s sweet, it’s flirty, it’s fun. Part bangs to the side and use a 1-inch curling iron to curl them away from the face. With a 2-inch curling iron, curl the rest of the hair and create ringlets. Run your fingers through the ends of the hair to give more volume and spray to hold the bouncing curls into position.
Tip: No need to bleach your hair and then redye it to create an ombre look. Get yourself ready-made ombre Remy hair extensions of your selected color. Just make sure you use low temperatures when you curl them to prevent damage to the virgin hair extensions. Here are some must-have products to prolong the life of your extensions and make them look irresistible for long (and the worst ones).
2. A Curly Up-Do!
Start by smoothing the hair into a high ponytail and then clip in or wrap/sew/glue your Remy hair extensions or weave respectively. For a totally natural effect, use your fingers to style the curls. Finish with a light hairspray. Ideal style for girls with short-to-medium hair, although it can also be styled to fit women with long hair. However, the playfulness of this style will be somewhat lost with longer hair.
Alternatively, you can wrap curly extensions around your ponytail, pin into place, split the ponytail into mohawk and then pin into position. Use gel to smooth down the sides of the hair and make sure it’s dried completely before you wear your extensions.
Tip: Keep your virgin Remy hair extensions (why we only use Remy?) moisturized and healthy looking with some coconut oil or any other oil we have talked about previously at least once a week.
3. Raving Braids
Whatever color you choose for your hair this summer (here are this season’s hair color trends), you will look super-summery and sexy in braids. It might take a little more time, but it’s worth it! Start by braiding your hair into around 15 cornrows going back. If you are using a weave, install it with a crochet tool. No need for this with clip-ins or tape-ins, though. Part your hair as you please and spray. Perfect for ladies with medium to long hair.
Tip: Try using Indian virgin Remy hair extensions for a more natural look and better quality.
4. Braided Crown
Fancy an ancient Greek Goddess look? Now, you will know how to have it. You can straight the hair and take it from there. However, if you curl it, you cut down on styling time. So, curl your own hair with a 2-inch curling iron and braid your hair extensions. Wrap them around your head (like a headband). Pin into place and spray.
Tip: The great thing about hair extensions is that they allow you to change styles as frequently (and drastically) as you want without damaging your own hair. To continue making a fashion statement with your hairstyles, take good care of your extensions and they will surely go a long way.
