All Special Order Sales Are Final. The following policy does not apply to Special Orders.
Our Exchange Policy (Defective Products)
World Hair Extensions offers clients our Peace of Mind Guarantee which is a 15 day Return/Exchange Policy. If your Hair Extensions exhibit excessive shedding or tangling, you may send them back within 15 days from time of purchase and we will exchange the hair for a replacement under the following conditions;
- The hair has not been colored
- The hand-tied wefts have not been cut
If you were accidentally shipped the wrong product, World Hair Extensions will replace your order and cover return shipping in a timely manner.

Need to process an exchange?
We must be able to confirm receipt of item(s) sent to us for exchange. We recommend you use a shipping service with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION service. We assume no responsibility for lost shipments. We will not reimburse your cost to send an exchange item back to us except in the case of mis-shipment or damaged product. We will gladly exchange or issue a full refund for any item(s) shipped in error. Please read the special terms of sale for international shipments.
Only ONE exchange per customer order is allowed. This means that you may request an exchange RMA only once for each order and only qualified items may be exchanged.
All merchandise received at our exchange center is photographed or videotaped upon receipt to confirm the contents and the condition of the returned items.
DO NOT SEND UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Merchandise sent to us without an RMA cannot be tracked and may be lost. We ship from multiple locations, so it is not possible to track unauthorized items that are returned to the wrong location. We assume no responsibility for unauthorized returns or items sent to the incorrect address.
Our 30 Day Money Back Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color, and quality are as desired. Our Return for a Refund Policy is as follows;
- You have 30 days from the time of purchase to return the product
- We only accept returns on hair products that have not been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way
- The hair must be in its original packaging
- Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice
- We must physically receive the returned product before issuing a refund
